What I collect

When you fill in the quote form on this website, I collect the details you give me: your name, phone number and/or email address, suburb, the services you are asking about, your message, and how you would prefer to be contacted. If you tick the marketing consent box, I also record that you agreed, and when.

Why I collect it

I use this information to get back to you about your enquiry, to quote and book the work, and, only if you agree, to send you occasional reminders about when your next clean is due.

Where it is stored

Your details are stored securely with our service providers, which may store data outside Australia. As a matter of good practice, this business follows the Australian Privacy Principles even though it is a small operator.

I do not sell your information

Your details are never sold or passed on to anyone else for their own marketing.

Your information, your choice

You can ask to see the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Just get in touch using the details below.

Opting out of reminders

If you have agreed to receive reminder messages and change your mind, reply STOP to any text message, or email me, and I will stop sending them.
